From receipt of your initial brief, we will provide you with ideas, suggestions and product recommendations, with your chosen items being supported by quoted costs. Once your items are selected and the order acknowledged, we will provide you with both printed proofs and *pre-production samples to ensure your full approval. Once you are 100% satisfied with your samples, we will move to the full production of your order. Prior to your order's dispatch, our quality control teams will ensure the goods are as expected. Once confirmed, your order will be released to one of our shipping partners for delivery to your chosen address.
