Dan Harell, Production Manager
Since joining Hype in 2023, Dan has been at the centre of operations, making sure every order moves smoothly from start to finish. From the moment an order is placed to the final delivery, Dan makes sure every step is handled with care, including proofing, logistics, timing and client communications. Always juggling multiple tasks, he has introduced many improvements that have streamlined processes, increased efficiency and helped the team handle a fast-paced workload.
Dan enjoys the variety of his role. One moment he is planning and organising, the next he is problem solving and making sure everything comes together just right. When clients are happy, Dan is happy. Building strong relationships and keeping communication clear is key, and Dan’s ability to coordinate projects and keep everything running seamlessly makes him an invaluable part of the Hype team.
Outside of work, Dan puts his quick thinking and sense of humour to good use as a quizmaster and occasional stand-up comedian – always keeping things entertaining and engaging whether in operations or on stage!
